Stage 1: Assessment & Diagnosis

After careful assessment of your problem, a physiotherapist will advise the right treatment at your first visit. During the assessment, The Physiotherapist will ask you a series of questions about your health, current medication and activities. At this stage of clinical assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss the treatment plan and set of short and long-term treatment goals.

Stage 2: Follow-up Physiotherapy Treatments

After stage-1 your physiotherapist will discuss your treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will also advise you the number of follow-up treatment sessions to achieve the rehabilitation goals. In most of the cases, 6-7 treatment sessions are recommended to achieve complete rehabilitation goals and to prevent injuries/problem to happen again.
