Stage 1: Assessment & Diagnosis
Subjective & Objective assessment is the most important part of your treatment plan. After careful assessment of your problem, a physiotherapist will advise the right treatment at your first visit. During the assessment, The Physiotherapist will ask you a series of questions about your health, current medication and activities. The physiotherapist will also perform specific body test and physical examination. At this stage of clinical assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss the treatment plan and set of short and long-term treatment goals.
Stage 2: Follow-up Physiotherapy Treatments
After stage-1 your physiotherapist will discuss your treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will also advise you the number of follow-up treatment sessions to achieve the rehabilitation goals. In most of the cases, 6-7 treatment sessions are recommended to achieve complete rehabilitation goals and to prevent injuries/problem to happen again. It will further help to complete full joint range of motion and muscular strength.
